Will definitely be back. The food was great. Service was great. Clean. Reasonably priced. Seems newly opened, could hardly tell from the outside that it was open.

The customer service was amazing! The food was out of this world. I am from NYC and I am carribean. With that being said, I have never ate such amazing tasting food with such large servings. I will be back tomorrow for lunch!

First time at this establishment. My wife had the drunken noodles with tofu. She found the dish to be deliciously seasoned with a reasonable amount of heat and not too sweet. I had the sushi delux and pink lady roll. The presentation was elegant and the sushi fresh and generously portioned. I believe it to be the best sushi one can find in Beckley. (Trust me I have tried them all) Finally at check time, I was surprised by the value for the dinners we both enjoyed. With Beckley's limited restaurant variety, Shogun is a nice change of pace for this patron.

Seriously the best sushi ever. I’ve had sushi all over the US and this is so good. Also my husband love the drunken noodles with beef! Deep fried cheesecake and the milk teas are super good! Try the Purple Rain roll, Katana roll and Panther roll! You won’t be disappointed. Went two days in a row, can’t wait to go again. Affordable prices too and great service.

FINALLY. Finding a sushi place comparable to Wa Sushi in Longwood where they fly in a fresh blue-fin every week is hard to compete… But shogun is on the same level of freshness as Wa. And the service—impeccable. I’m gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and sugar-free. And the server brought out a free gluten-free soup. Granted he didn’t know there was sugar in it, but the thought counts. Shogun is the best sushi in Beckley. And easily the best sushi in Southern West Virginia.

The food was good and the place was clean but several of the things we ordered were forgotten. They were eventually brought out. When they did finally make it to the table (40 min after our other food) the food was cold from sitting. It kinda sucks trying to eat when half of our table was missing their food. Definitely need to work on service. especially for those high prices.
